Virtual staging has long been a popular method for real estate agents to make properties look more attractive for homebuyers – it involves adding furniture and décor to a home to increase the property’s value. In the past, this has been achieved physically: lugging in sofas and decorating houses before snapping that final picture (much to the expense of the real estate agents). However, in today’s digital age, we don’t need to resort to costly physical home staging. All that dressing up of houses can be achieved digitally. This process is called virtual staging. Virtual home staging is a home staging technique in real estate where an interior design (i.e., furniture, decorations and flooring) is digitally added to photos of a property. This is often achieved using 3D graphics software and game development engines to create a photorealistic render that is indistinguishable from a real picture. How does your Virtual Staging service work?
Our service is simple - you register an account, start a new project by uploading the photos you need staged and provide as little or as much information as you want.
The only required information from you is the furniture style and room type. You’ll need to go through our samples and simply select the furniture style that you like the most. Then, you’ll need to tell us which rooms are visible in each photo. Optionally, you can add more information along with reference photos if you have something specific in mind such as specific furniture placement or types of furniture. Once you’ve added these pieces of information for every photo you’ll be able to pay and start your project. Our team will then review your project and send you an email as soon as the review is done. If we don’t need any additional information to start the project you’ll receive an email soon after letting you know we received the project and will start working on it. In this email you’ll also receive an ETA that we’ll 100% stick to, or we’ll give you your money back and still deliver the project as soon as possible. In case we have additional questions we’ll send you an email and your project will stay “In Review” until we receive a reply from you. You’ll also receive email notifications as soon as the project is done. You can then view your virtually staged photos through our website and request revisions with the click of a button. How many photos should I virtually stage?
While this is on you to decide, most of our clients like to stage two to three different views of the living/dining/kitchen area, and usually one to two different views of each additional room.
The typical project is between 6 and 10 images. If you have a bigger listing and need more photos, you’ll be able to get up to 20 photos for a special price of just $288 per listing. Simply add 12 photos and our system will automatically make the next 8 photos free. That works out to just $14.40 per photo!
What if I don’t like the images?
While that usually doesn’t happen, when it does, you’ll have two options -
request revisions (which are free and unlimited) or ask for your money back. We’re happy to work with you to improve the photos until we land a design you absolutely love. Revisions are normal and most clients ask for revisions, so don’t hesitate to do that as well. However, if the revisions don’t help and you feel like the design just isn’t what you’re looking for, please reach out to us as soon as possible. How long does it typically take to receive my photos?
Typically, it takes up to 48 hours. But that’s with other companies :)

I’m not listing a vacant home. It contains clutter and furniture. Can you still add virtual staging?
Yes, no problem at all!
You’ll also have to order our Item Removal service, but we can digitally clean up your photos and remove all the current furniture or clutter and virtually stage it. Once we’re done with it you won’t be able to tell there was any old furniture or clutter in there. One thing to keep in mind though is that we might have to add a new 3D floor to replace the current one. We’ll always pick a 3D version of the floor that looks similar to the existing floor so in most cases you won’t be able to tell the difference. Sometimes it might be noticeable. When this happens we always recommend you add a disclaimer to let potential buyers know the photo and floor have been digitally enhanced.
Will I be misleading buyers if I use Virtual Staging?
We certainly hope that won’t be the case.
You’ll be able to add custom disclaimer messages on all the photos from our members’ area. You can use our tool to add text such as “Virtually Staged” on the photo. This way you’ll make sure everyone knows the home has been virtually staged and won’t be surprised when they visit the home and see no furniture.
Is my payment safe?
Absolutely. We never store your card details on our website. We use a company called Stripe to process payments.
